ACTION TEAM working in the cluster

The BMS Action Team that have been in Lebanon will be with the Cluster this coming week. The team are Naomi Bell, Becca Buckley and Paul Rice. They arrive on Monday and have a full programme starting on Tuesday culminating in taking the Youth Service at KBC to which everybody is invited on Sunday 20th May. To give you some idea of what they will be doing here is an outline of their programme, please pray for them.
Tuesday 15th May morning: Eynsham Primary School; afternoon: team Bible Study;
evening KBC Youth House Group
Wednesday 16th May morning: Charlbury Primary; afternoon Charlbury Primary again followed by Team Bible Study; evening: meeting Charlbury Baptist Church
Thursday 17th May morning: Charlbury Primary; afternoon: Charlbury Primary again followed by Team Bible Study; evening: meeting Charlbury Baptist Church
Friday 18th May morning: visit to Regents Park College; afternoon: meeting with Graham Sinden;  evening: Chipping Norton Housegroup
Saturday 19th May their free day
Sunday 20th May morning: service at Woodstock Baptist; late afternoon: tea with Solid Rock; evening: take the Youth Service at KBC

They have a busy week which also includes time for them to plan all they need to do while they are here and have free time - they will be busy! Please take the opportunity to be at an event where they will be so you get the opportunity to meet with them and encourage them, they want to encourage and enthuse us. There have still not been any volunteers to invite them to lunch Tuesday 15th May or for an evening meal on Wednesday 16th May if you can help it will help me with the catering arrangements for them, To offer help contact Melvina as soon as possible please.
