Annual Church Meeting - Wednesday 22nd May

At the Annual General Meeting, to be held on Wednesday 22.5.13, an election will be held to appoint a new Church Secretary and two Deacons. As Church Members we are required to nominate members to fill these positions, bearing in mind that, in addition to the qualifications for elders and deacons set out in 1 Timothy 3: 1–13, those elected will be managing trustees and should at all times act with integrity, in the best interests of the church, without regard to their personal interests. 

A list of members is displayed on the church notice board. Please take time to consider prayerfully whom you might wish to nominate.

Nomination forms are available in church or by email from Peter Allen or Giles Wakeling.

All completed nomination forms should be handed to Peter Allen or Giles Wakeling not later than the end of Sunday 5th May 2013.

All those who are unable, for good reason, to attend the AGM, should request a postal vote from Peter Allen or Giles Wakeling, by Sunday 12th May 2013.
