International Meal

On Sunday 23 November we celebrate our Church Anniversary.  Our church will be 68 years old.  Our guest preacher for the day is the Revd Phil Durrant from Clevedon in Somerset.  Phil was with us a few years ago when training in Oxford.

As with any other birthday, we are going to celebrate with food.  This year we want our lunch to be international, with food from different parts of the world. This is to celebrate the ‘internationalness’ of KBC, with people from many different nations worshipping together.  It will be a ‘bring-and-share’ lunch when we can all bring something to the table, but please do not worry if you cannot bring anything.  The important thing is to be there.  English food will, of course, be just as welcome!

Please put the date in your diary and plan to stay after the service.  This is for all ages, children as well.

Food hot or cold will be very welcome for the bring and share table if it is to be hot please bring in a dish that can be used to reheat it in, in a short space of time. We are hoping to have an exciting variety of food.

Help is required to set up tables and clear away and wash up afterwards if you are available to help please let Melvina know.
