About Us

At Kidlington Baptist Church, you will find a whole range of people from the local community. We are a church family made up of all ages, types and backgrounds with one essential thing in common - the person of Jesus Christ. He is central to all that we believe and do. We have found that Jesus Christ meets our deepest needs. We rejoice that God loves all of us so much that he gave Jesus to bring us home into a relationship with him. We long for others in our community to experience this too.

We meet each Sunday morning at 10.30am. for our main worship gathering. There is also an evening service at 7.00pm once a month - usually on the first Sunday- a smaller, more intimate and informal gathering with an opportunity to ask questions and interact which also includes communion. People who are not regular preachers often contribute and there are talks and discussions on important issues.

We are in membership with the Baptist Union of Great Britain, and have relationships with other Baptist churches in the area. We also belong to the Evangelical Alliance. Here in the village, we are part of Churches together in Kidlington (CTK).

Our minister is Rev Phil Durrant, who joined us in March 2019.
