Tom and Melanie Spears

Tom and Melanie Spears:  Tom and Melanie are currently doing MSc courses in London in order to upgrade their qualifications, in medicine and children’s nursing respectively, with a desire to return to Chad where they previously worked at Guinebor 2 Hospital in Ndjamena, the capital city.  They have two young girls, Maisie and Rosa.
