Youth Worker, Kidlington Baptist Church
Are you a creative, engaging and dedicated individual with a heart for young people?
We are prayerfully seeking the person that God is calling to join our team as Youth Worker and are looking for someone who could:
Lead and develop a vibrant, relevant and biblically based youth ministry within Kidlington Baptist Church, focusing on school year 7 and upwards.
Work closely with our gifted and dedicated team of volunteers, and lead further development of our youth programme.
Lead weekly groups, organise engaging discipleship and social events, and spend time in the local secondary school.
Draw alongside young people and engage with parents and caregivers, fostering strong connections both inside and outside the church.
Actively participate in prayer for and with young people and for the youth ministry.
This comes with the awareness that God equips the called. We’re not necessarily looking for someone who ticks every box. If you are passionate about investing in young people, sharing the good news of Jesus and may feel called to do this in Kidlington we would love to hear from you.
